All returns must be reported within 5 business days of receiving merchandise and will only be given credit against future purchases or exchange merchandise.

Returns will only be accepted for defective merchandise or if it is the fault of Two Old Bags.  A return request for damaged merchandise must be made in writing. All returns must have a return authorization number.

If a return is made and merchandise is not defective or  is not the fault of Two Old Bags the return will not be processed and the customer will be charged  return shipping costs along with a  20% restocking fee .

All return merchandise must been in original packaging.  An RA# must be on the outside of your package.  

 California prop 65 Warning  These products can expose you to chemicals including lead and  cadmium.  Which are known to the state of California to cause cancer,

birth defects or other reproductive harm.  While all of our products have been tested we can not guarantee they are free of lead and cadmium.
